By using TriaPay you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
TriaPay is a payment orchestration service that watches blockchain networks and Binance Pay for incoming customer payments and triggers credit events to your self-hosted DHRU panel. TriaPay does not custody customer funds; settlement addresses are controlled by you.
You agree not to use TriaPay to process payments for activities that are unlawful in Indonesia, including money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctioned-party transactions, or fraud. You agree not to attempt to compromise, reverse-engineer, or overload the service. We may suspend any tenant we reasonably believe is violating these terms.
Subscription fees are listed on the pricing page. Fees are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly, half-year, or annual). There is no per-transaction fee for processing payments through the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Service continues to the end of the current billing period. We may terminate accounts that violate the acceptable use clause, fail to pay, or remain inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where practical.
TriaPay is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for blockchain reorganizations, third-party network outages, exchange-rate fluctuations, or losses caused by your own misconfiguration.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced by email to the address registered to your tenant at least 14 days before they take effect.
